Job Title: Senior SAP S4 Hana Transformation Lead

At Dabster, we're seeking a seasoned SAP S4 Hana Transformation Lead to spearhead our ERP practice's most complex projects. As a key member of our team, you'll design and implement innovative solutions for global clients, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology and business strategy. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP S4 Hana transformation programs with proven delivery track records
- Collaborate with global teams, including consultants and vendors, to achieve project goals
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Communicate effectively with C-Level stakeholders, articulating value-based propositions and program financials

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP S4 Hana program management
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technology and business strategy
- Experience working with global teams and vendors
