As a Senior SAP S4 Hana Project/Program Manager, you will be part of a multi-cultural collaborative team and have exposure to strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead challenging business transformation programs with a proven track record of delivering full lifecycle SAP programs.
  • Deliver under challenging circumstances, meeting time, cost, and quality targets within budget.
  • Lead teams in complex environments, including multi-vendors, complex client organization structures, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultants based locally and remotely.
  • In-depth knowledge of setting up programs for success, including IT, Business, and Change components.
  • Define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply them practically.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators, and articulate value-based propositions.
  • Substantial proven experience working in client-facing consulting/contracting roles.
  • Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/ HANA.
  • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
  • A background in SAP Finance preferred.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
  • Willingness to travel where necessary.
