SAP S4 Hana Program Manager

At Dabster, we're seeking a seasoned SAP S4 Hana Program Manager to lead our ERP practice in delivering transformational and innovative solutions to global clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving strategic projects, collaborating with multi-cultural teams, and making a real impact on our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead challenging business transformation programs with a proven track record of delivering full lifecycle SAP programs.
  • Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks, applying them practically to drive success.
  • Collaborate with global teams, leveraging differentiators and articulating value-based propositions to clients.
  • Manage program financials, lead proposal presentations, and create compelling propositions for clients.
  • Mentor and coach consulting resources, ensuring they're equipped to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in leading SAP S4 Hana programs, with a proven track record of delivering under challenging circumstances.
  • Ability to lead teams in complex environments, including multi-vendors, complex client structures, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Substantial experience working in client-facing consulting roles, with a proven project and program delivery track record.
  • Background in SAP Finance preferred.
