A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at ABB, a global leader in the field of automation and robotics. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering technical training courses to customers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to get the most out of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver technical training courses for customers, either in a classroom or on-site setting.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to create high-quality training materials.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through trainings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in industry in programming and commissioning tasks providing formal or informal training.
  • Strong pedagogical abilities and proven experience in managing diverse student groups.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, with other European languages highly valued.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Experience in industrial project implementation, ideally in automation technology, robotics, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
  • Software background is required and basic programming skills.
  • Good understanding of software engineering and technical concepts, with the ability to translate this into concise, easy-to-follow documentation.
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to present in front of a group of people and online.
