This involves the development and maintenance of training courses, ensuring their alignment with the latest technological advancements and product updates. You'll work closely with multi-functional teams, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Research and Development (R&D), and Technical Support.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, applied science, IT, communications, technical marketing, or instructional technology, and 5 years of professional experience crafting and maintaining technical training materials and providing technical instruction.
- Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both written and spoken.
You will excite us if you have:
- Experience with learning management system (LMS)
- Ability to effectively provide instruction in languages other than English, especially Spanish, French, and German
- Background in or exposure to mobile telephony, wireless networking, data networks, or hardware or software development
