Salary

As an International Sales Representative, you will enjoy a competitive salary package including:

  • A gross monthly salary of €1,200 (including free accommodation) or €1,600 (excluding accommodation), plus private health insurance directly after contract signature.
  • Bonuses up to €1,000 per quarter, with an approximate tax rate of 20-25%.
  • Relocation support for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flights back to your home country.
  • Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, and other necessities upon arrival.

 

Job Description

As Telesales Agent for Salt, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers.
  • Answering inbound calls from potential customers and engaging with those who actively reach out to Salt and show interest in our products.
  • Selling over the phone through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve project success and contribute to the company's growth.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and at least B2 English proficiency.
  • Experience in sales or a strong sales attitude.
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment to your work.
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.

This is a long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year, working 40 hours per week (8 hours a day) from Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 7 AM to 8 PM.
