A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to lead their Medical Sales Representative team within the Madrid region.
Job Description:
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Medical Sales Representative team within the assigned region. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting business objectives. To achieve this, you will need to analyze business data to drive strategic actions and report required business insights. Additionally, you will act as a change agent within the team, promoting a modern and omnichannel medical sales approach. Your role will involve executing the commercial plan effectively within the region and serving as a critical link between upper management and the Medical Sales team to meet strategic company objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a higher education degree in health sciences or business administration. You will need to have proven experience in coaching commercial teams within the healthcare sector. Strong leadership, influence, and change management skills are essential in this role. A business, results, and customer-oriented mindset, along with excellent analytical and planning abilities, are also required. Furthermore, you should have a positive, transformative mindset with strong empathy and assertiveness, as well as be a teamwork-oriented individual with a good command of English.
