About the Role

The Legal team is a critical part of Revolut's success, supporting all other teams and helping us achieve our goals every day. This dynamic team works across various areas, from structuring credit programs to launching into new territories. We're seeking a Legal Counsel who will advise Revolut on employment issues, collaborating with local management and the Human Resources team on a wide range of employment matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise Revolut on employment issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with local management and the Human Resources team to develop and implement employment policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on employment-related matters, including contracts, terminations, and disputes.
  • Contribute to the development of Revolut's employment law strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
