Job Title: Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.

You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

  • Identify and solve malfunctions in the machine park
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
  • Carry out repairs and overhauls
  • Analyze complex problems
  • Order necessary components on time

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, and extensive knowledge of modern control techniques (Siemens, Bosch Rexroth). They will also possess excellent communication skills, be flexible and willing to make extra hours when necessary, and have a proactive attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Extensive knowledge of modern control techniques (Siemens, Bosch Rexroth)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to make extra hours when necessary
  • A proactive attitude

Working Conditions

We operate a 5-shift system, from Sunday evening to Saturday afternoon, where you will always work together with another engineer in pairs. In busy periods, work may also be carried out on weekends.
