Job Responsibilities

Maintenance Technicians execute a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems.

  • Create and manage alerts for maintenance purposes.

  • Carry out mechanical work utilizing pre-programmed resources with the goal of achieving satisfactory results in MTBF, quality, and productivity to meet set targets.

  • Achieve high-quality performance by properly completing mechanical maintenance work orders, documenting intervention data, involved specialties, hours, maintenance times, and costs, solutions applied, future recommendations, and observations.

  • Implement planned mechanical inspections and lubrication orders according to predetermined routes, confirming completion of tasks (hours and details) in Maximo and returning completed MO/MP documents.

  • Contribute to demand management by analyzing technical solutions and resource sizing.

  • Evaluate and guarantee the quality of mechanical maintenance work orders before execution, verifying materials, tools, and safety items.

  • Perform scheduled mechanical maintenance based on established schedules, confirming completion in SAP-PM, and returning correctly completed orders.
