Role Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical systems by performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial maintenance principles and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance Work Orders: Execute planned mechanical inspections and lubrication orders, documenting all work performed in Maximo and returning completed MO/MP as required.
  2. Resource Management: Contribute to demand management by analyzing technical solutions and resource sizing, ensuring effective use of resources.
  3. Quality Control: Evaluate and ensure the quality of mechanical maintenance work orders before service, verifying materials, tools, and safety items.
  4. Scheduling: Perform planned mechanical maintenance according to schedules, confirming work completion in SAP-PM and returning properly filled orders.
  5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues using mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Mechanical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of mechanical principles and be able to apply this knowledge to troubleshooting and repair tasks.
  • Industrial Maintenance: Have a good grasp of industrial maintenance practices and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure efficient system operation.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Maximo and MS Office tools, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
