**Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist - Organic Growth Specialist**

We seek an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to elevate our social media presence. The ideal candidate will excel at developing and executing organic campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing social media accounts. Expertise in video production, account aesthetics, and audience engagement is essential. This role plays a pivotal part in building a loyal audience, driving organic growth, and contributing to paid campaigns when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute creative organic social media strategies to increase engagement and build a loyal audience across YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, ensuring optimal angles, lighting, and production standards. Appear in videos when necessary to create a relatable connection with the audience.
  • Maintain a cohesive, visually appealing look for all social media accounts by ensuring consistency in design, layout, and content.
  • Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and social listening to foster relationships and enhance the community experience.
  • Analyze performance data for organic content and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Collaborate on paid social media campaigns when necessary, ensuring they align seamlessly with organic strategies.
