Key Responsibilities:- Consistently follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Develop local knowledge of the community to provide valuable insights and advice to potential homebuyers.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and work closely with them to find their dream home.
- Manage the closing process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction experience for clients.
- Guide clients through the home purchase process, providing expert guidance and support every step of the way.
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this role.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- Past sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A competitive salary of $75,000, plus commission-based incentives.
