We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Host large parties and events, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to high standards of hospitality.
  • Approach guests and collect information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Confirm reservations and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
