University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) Europe is seeking a skilled and organized Evening Program Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff. As a key member of our team, the Evening Program Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless academic and administrative support services to prospects and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Student Success: Provide high-quality support services to students, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Campus Operations: Collaborate with site leads, assistant directors, and regional directors to plan and execute campus events, ensuring a positive experience for students and guests.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with host military Education Services Officers and education center staff, fostering strong partnerships to promote UMGC's programs.
  • Scheduling: Analyze enrollment data and track class enrollments, advising on optimal scheduling to meet student demand.
  • Facility Management: Ensure that classrooms are equipped with necessary technology and resources, and provide logistical support as needed.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all student interactions and follow-up activities using UMGC's Customer Relations Management System.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of UMGC Europe.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: Background in customer service and office management essential; experience working in a fast-paced environment an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Valid driver's license and individual logistical support (ILS) clearance.
