About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Málaga, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, Live Chat, and email, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls from stores and accurately record them in our ticket system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve set targets and contribute to a dynamic, fun work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of our services, procedures, and products.
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills, with the ability to be trained in English.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a proactive approach to developing knowledge of our services and products.
  • Experience with computers and CRM systems, with the ability to work simultaneously with multiple tools.
  • Customer-friendly, patient, and able to handle dissatisfied customers professionally and positively.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of €19,200 gross per year, plus up to €1,800 gross per year in bonuses.
  • Paid training and vacation (4 weeks + 4 separate days per calendar year).
  • A modern, spacious, and open office in sunny Benalmádena-Málaga.
  • Alternating working hours, with at least two free weekends per month.
