Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

At Mass Markets, we're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using advanced reporting tools, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that promote funnel progression and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with regional digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Marketing degree or certifications preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in a marketing position.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data from various direct marketing projects, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience and advanced skills in using data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions that drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey campaign results and insights to cross-functional teams.
