Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Mass Markets is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility, drive website traffic, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis: Identify opportunities for improvement and areas for growth in our online presence.
  • Optimize Website Content and Metadata: Improve search engine rankings and visibility by optimizing website content and metadata.
  • Develop and Implement Link Building Strategies: Increase domain authority and enhance organic search performance by building high-quality backlinks.
  • Create and Optimize Engaging Content: Develop and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to drive audience engagement and generate inbound traffic.
  • Plan and Execute Digital Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive website traffic and enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage followers, and drive traffic to digital properties.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or Equivalent: A degree in Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
  • Proven Experience in Digital Marketing: A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate ideas effectively.
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
