About the Role

The Partnership Acquisition Manager plays a key role in expanding our partnership ecosystem.

  • This individual will provide hands-on support to local operations teams, ensuring they successfully identify, negotiate, and onboard relevant partnerships.
  • Developing playbooks, best practices, and negotiation templates to streamline partnership acquisition.
  • Tracking each market's progress in securing partnerships, assessing challenges, and implementing corrective actions.

This role requires close collaboration with business development, regional/local teams, legal, finance, and product teams to execute deals effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic support to local teams to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyzing data to measure partnership impact, adoption, and ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of acquiring global and regional partnerships.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership acquisition, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
