About Partnership Acquisition Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Acquisition Manager to drive the expansion and execution of high-value partnerships across multiple markets.

This role involves supporting, guiding, and program-managing local teams to negotiate, onboard, and scale strategic partnerships that offer significant savings to Bolt drivers. The successful candidate will ensure that local teams have a sufficient pipeline of quality partnerships across markets and that the pipeline is driven towards closure by the local teams.

The Partnership Acquisition Manager plays a key role in growing our partnership ecosystem. This individual will provide hands-on support to local operations teams, develop playbooks and best practices for partnership acquisition, track each market's progress in securing partnerships, and implement corrective actions as needed.

This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in partnership acquisition, business development, or a related field is essential, with a proven track record of acquiring global and regional partnerships.
