Key Responsibilities- Work on enterprise environments, system and working methods
- Create documents about progress and achieved results
- Check the correct performance of installed equipment
- Organize meetings with customers to showcase Fortinet SD-WAN solutions
- Install, configure and maintain equipment
- Evaluate equipment and systems
- Installation or cooperation in installation of systems
- Analyze the correct performance on assigned tasks
- Troubleshoot issues
- Create technical documents
- Pay attention to client specifications and requirements
- Creation of guidelines for resolution of specific problems in configuration
- Conduct trainings
- Realization of models to show solutions and demos to clients
- Carry out proofs of concept appropriate to client needs
- Knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN solution
- Experience with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate and hands-on exposure to network management and security operations in FortiManager
- Experience with FortiSwitches and FortiAPs would also be an asset
- Knowledge of switching & wireless communications, specifically FortiSwitch & FortiAP
- Certifications in NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, NSE 5 Secure Wireless LAN and NSE 7 SD-WAN
