Senior Business Development Representative

Job Purpose: As a Senior Business Development Representative at Link Worldwide, you will be responsible for creating long-term relationships with our customers and overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients. You will develop new business opportunities from existing clients and proactively seek new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure your individual Sales and Profit Budget is exceeded while strictly controlling all costs related to your orders.
- Implement effective Sales Action Plans for all Key Accounts and regional customers within your responsibility.
- Prioritize customer service and identify/resolve any issues relating to customers within Standard guidelines.
- Provide professional presentations to customers and initiate product development based on customer briefs in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
- Follow up on all quotations distributed to generate orders and communicate order status to all departments for timely delivery.
- Participate in industry trade shows to develop/maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Analyze management information, financial, and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget.
- Maintain accurate and legible customer files and submit requested reports to the Sales Manager in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrate creativity and share new ideas with peers.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.

- Experience in the promotional goods industry.
- Strong team attitude and excellent oral/written communication skills.
- First-class organizational skills, proactive approach to managing projects, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining a cool outlook.
- Personable and professional character that allows building client rapport, confidence to give clients trust in your work, and excellent problem-solving ability.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the role.
