Requirements
  • Education: Engineering degree or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in service operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, team player, humble, result-oriented, resilient, and empathetic.
