Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un perfil con FP superior o grado de ingeniería en electrónica, informática o similar, con buen nivel de inglés, capaz de realizar instalaciones, reparaciones, formaciones básicas y mantenimientos preventivos del porfolio de equipamiento de Graphics. Atención telefónica al cliente para diagnosticar la incidencia con la maquinaría y ofrecer la respuesta más rápida posible, dando un seguimiento hasta la resolución de esta. Solicitar a customer service la gestión administrativa para la aprobación de presupuestos y la posterior solicitud de las piezas. Realizar demostraciones en cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Formación Profesional Superior o Grado en Ingeniería o similar (electrónica, informática).
  • Inglés nivel alto.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimientos en mecánica, electricidad, electrónica industrial e informática.
