**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team in Spain. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and support to our customers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of power generation and industrial facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site technical direction during start-up, commissioning, and maintenance of customer-owned power generation and industrial facilities.
- Manage and handle site activities to ensure completion of the scope of work according to contractual requirements.
- Prepare job-planning documents as required and provide input for Daily Outage and Weekly Installation Reports.
- Communicate schedule details, project milestones, resource requirements, quality issues, and problems faced to key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled laborers performing work on customer sites.
- Implement quality control requirements for on-site repair and modification work in compliance with Engineering and Product Development Standards.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset to ensure executed work reflects technical requirements within company safety standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and reference for future outages.
- Perform work at customer locations throughout the globe with possible work locations globally.
