We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Smc Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise in the operation of our Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS) to ensure compliance with customer expectations and requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of our operations to ensure conformance to Product and Process Standards, GMP, HACCP, and SSOP.
- Manage the implementation of the QFSMS to ensure consistent control, maintenance, improvement, or updating of our plant or facility.
- Organize and lead the Quality and Food Safety team to ensure effective management and implementation of the QFSMS.
- Communicate established approaches on how QFS activities will be deployed and effectively communicated at all levels of the organization.
- Formulate measurable specific objectives on quality and food safety for our plant or facility.
- Verify the implementation of established plans and programs on QFSMS and report to top management on the status of the QFSMS.
- Measure internal and external customers' satisfaction and conduct coordination meetings with Quality Control Inspectors to discuss performance results of operations.
- Train employees on how to satisfy customers by ensuring consistent production and delivery of safe quality products.
- Direct the Quality and Food Safety Team members on compliance with applicable regulatory and mandatory laws and regulations.
- Attend to customer complaints and conduct store visits to verify the validity of complaints.
- Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and sanitation of production facilities and their auxiliary facilities.
- Demonstrate a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
- Demonstrate commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
- Undertake special projects or technical studies as requested by San Miguel Foods Inc.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned in support of company goals or for personal or professional training, education, or development.
