About You
We are seeking experienced consultants with a passion for helping customers overcome HR technology challenges. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading change management engagements for HR, finance, or student information systems software products. You will be able to influence and collaborate with senior leaders both internally and externally, and travel up to 25% of the time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading change management consulting engagements. They will be capable of facilitating design meetings towards effective and collaborative outcomes, and comfortable influencing and interacting with senior leaders. Other qualifications include the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong understanding of HR, finance, and student information systems software products.
Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
