About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our Biopharma marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and market share. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and market share in the Biopharma sector.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop global marketing and product launch initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D and global product management to drive QIAGEN's dPCR advisory board and monitor market trends.
  • Develop market and technology knowledge as well as models for focus research areas and applications.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or higher in a Science-related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in Life Sciences or equivalent sales experience.
  • Strong scientific understanding of the life science industry and competitive environment.
  • Deep understanding of d/PCR technologies and strong communication skills in English.
