Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Werfenlife SA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and ensure the uniformity of processes across different Business Units.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coordinate with Unit Managers to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure product availability and reimbursement.
- Design and oversee health economics studies to support the value proposition of our products.
- Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance market positioning and drive business growth.
- Implement and manage multichannel marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
- Degree in Healthcare sector, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in marketing within the healthcare and IVD sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Background in market access strategy, health economics studies, and clinical selling.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and executing multichannel marketing initiatives.
