Network Security Engineer: Spanish Speaker

As a Network Security Engineer at TD SYNNEX, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and availability of our customers' networks. This position requires a strong background in network security, with experience in configuring and troubleshooting firewall technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Work on 2nd level Service Desk to resolve partner and end-user incidents across our managed and support services.
- Install, uninstall, troubleshoot, data recovery, and maintain applications, products, and equipment.
- Provide coaching guidance to 1st Level Service Desk agents.
- Escalate incidents to the next level and vendor support when the solution is unknown.
- Manage and maintain the Network Operating Centre (NOC) ensuring security and availability is maintained, customer environments are accurately monitored, and Service Desk tools remain functional.
- Spanish Speaking (Fluent or native)
- English B2/C1 (verbal and written communication)
- 3 years' experience of working as Network Security Engineer
- Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies
- One or more of the following industry certifications: CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE or equivalent vendor/industry certification
