Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Twinkl Canada, ensuring depth and breadth of coverage across various subjects and grade levels.
- Assign content projects to the Production Team, ensuring timely completion and meeting production targets.
- Organize the production of report writing tools across Canada, aligning with individual reporting schedules.
- Manage production backlogs and customer resource requests, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality content.
- Report on productivity and product performance in weekly meetings, analyzing data to inform future content development.
- Collaborate with the wider Canada Team to support marketing efforts and planning, suggesting ideas for improvements across the website and product packages.
- Passion for Canadian education and a genuine interest in improving Twinkl's offerings for customers.
- Deep knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum, with experience teaching in Ontario within the last 5 years.
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Computer literacy, with experience using Google products (such as Docs & Sheets).
