**Key Responsibilities**



  • Create and manage content projects to ensure depth and breadth of coverage
  • Assign content projects to writers and manage the content writer roadmap
  • Manage product backlogs and prioritize sprints efficiently
  • Curate the website and create materials for empty categories
  • Plan and prioritize sprints to ensure all resources are available for customers
  • Report on productivity and product performance in weekly meetings
  • Attend daily stats meetings and take bold action as necessary
  • Analyze and review search, download, and conversion data daily
  • Communicate with and lead production teams daily
  • Deliver the Spain monthly product meeting to review key production stats and team performance
  • Lead the weekly Content Writer planning meeting with production trainers
  • Collaborate closely with the Spain Country Manager to accelerate the growth of Twinkl in Spain

**Requirements**



  • Degree in Primary Education
  • More than 8 years of experience in the classroom
  • Experience in senior positions inside a school
