Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Manager

Arrow Ecs is seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and monitoring the implementation of our environmental policies and action plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in EMEA initiatives to improve Arrow's environmental performance by defining and prioritizing actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement processes and coordinate with internal departments to integrate environmental considerations into company activities.
  • Ensure compliance and customer satisfaction, raise awareness among employees about customer requirements, and document organizational systems.
  • Oversee and manage the assessment of the carbon footprint by country and assist managers and teams in defining, prioritizing, and executing carbon reduction initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of environmental initiatives and report progress to top management.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Master's degree in Quality and Environment.
  • Proven experience in Environmental management, developing sustainable strategies, and environmental compliance, preferably in IT.
  • Knowledge in Quality management & ISO certifications.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Rigorous, available, autonomous, organized, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive organizational change, and convey complex environmental concepts to diverse audiences.
