Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA department and ensure the highest quality of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the test process, planning resources, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the QA department, including supervising QA managers, testers, and other staff members.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and production, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage and maintain bug databases, QA reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of the QA department.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to QA staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to QA staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure the QA department remains competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in managing QA teams and processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and tools.
  • Experience with bug tracking systems, test management tools, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Professional certifications, such as CSTE or CTFL.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools and platforms.
