Shimano American Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Brand Coordinator to join our team. As a Brand Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring the successful execution of our marketing plan.

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Ensure the proper execution of product launches, including all necessary tools and materials for the Sales team.
  • Collect and analyze market information, including competition, market/sales data, and trend information, to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Track and analyze brand/product performance, profitability, and trends.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of annual sales and marketing plans for assigned products/brands.
  • Maintain regular contact with the European Brand team.

  • At least 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • Knowledge of Product Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of working with bicycle-related components and products is necessary.
  • Affinity with the bike market and the Shimano product range.
  • Excellent language skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical profile, master in data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
  • Willingness to travel.
