Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled European Compliance Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Amazon's Selling Partners comply with all relevant EU regulations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class support to Merchants selling on Amazon, ensuring they meet all their sustainable compliance needs. This includes:

  • Demonstrating effective, clear and professional written and oral communication
  • Providing prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues
  • Maintaining acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
  • Actively seeking solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifying trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions
  • Liaising with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions

A Day in the Life:

You will drive seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guide them through new & existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will speak with Sellers in different countries via phone and email and use various internal tools. You will also work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Previous experience in customer service/contact center environment
  • MS Office Excel skills
  • Business acumen in areas of Global e-commerce and retail
  • Good data analysis skill
  • Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
  • Process improvement awareness and experience
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good attitude

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
