At Schneider Electric Global, we seek a skilled Service Department Coordinator to oversee the Data Center Solutions department. This role involves coordinating calendars, managing after-sales cases and incidents, and leading training programs for technicians.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a service coordinator in a technical team, with expertise in digitizing reporting and managing spare parts. International operations experience is valuable, as well as knowledge of electrical systems, cooling systems, and control systems.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate calendar of Service Department
  • Manage After Sales Cases/Incidents under warranty / No warranty
  • Lead Training Program of Technicians Certification
  • Develop Spare Part Policy (Master DataBase, Project offer and after sales support)
  • L3 – Expert Support of LOB Customer Care Center
  • Services Department Reporting
  • Department Financial control
  • Coordinate LOB Service Support with Country/Regional Services Organizations
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Experience: 3-5 years as a service coordinator of a technical team
  • Digitization and automation skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Able to develop and lead presentations and meetings
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
