About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Engineer to join our team at Applus IDIADA. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in the production implementation of our digital solutions for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and processes, and guide them through the adoption of our new solutions. You will act as an interface with our product development team and coordinate with our technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the feasibility and risks of service implementation
  • Perform process gap analysis and support the elicitation of specific requirements for clients' use cases
  • Define a deployment plan together with clients and software teams
  • Build and maintain KPI reporting considering value added to clients' operations and roll-out status
  • Support implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner
  • Support Product Team in standardizing global requirements and core specifications
  • Define and uphold validation tests
  • Offer support and guidance to application super-users during implementation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, product owner, or similar role
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Previous involvement in support or roll-out activities is a plus
  • Previous involvement in quality procedure management will be valuable
  • Knowledge in automotive testing or laboratory testing is a plus
