Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Engineer to join our team at Applus IDIADA. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in the production implementation of our digital solutions for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and processes, and guide them through the adoption of our new solutions. You will act as an interface with the product development team and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the feasibility and risks of service implementation
  • Performing process gap analysis and supporting the elicitation of specific requirements for clients' use cases
  • Defining a deployment plan together with clients and software teams
  • Building and maintaining KPI reporting to measure value added to clients' operations and rollout status
  • Supporting implementation teams to ensure timely go-live
  • Supporting the product team in standardizing global requirements and core specifications
  • Defining and upholding validation tests
  • Offering support and guidance to application super-users during implementation

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, product owner, or similar role
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Previous involvement in support or rollout activities is a plus
  • Previous involvement in quality procedure management will be valuable
  • Knowledge in automotive testing or laboratory testing is a plus

Education:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or similar

Languages:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Catalan is a plus
