Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Engineer to join our product management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the production implementation of our digital solutions as part of our client's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze Client Requirements: Gain a deep understanding of the client's needs and processes to guide them during the adoption of our digital solutions.
  2. Define Deployment Plan: Collaborate with clients and the software team to develop a deployment plan that meets their needs.
  3. Build and Maintain KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the value added to the client's operations and the rollout status.
  4. Support Implementation Teams: Assist implementation teams to ensure a timely and successful go-live.
  5. Define and Uphold Validation Tests: Develop and maintain validation tests to ensure the quality of our digital solutions.
  6. Offer Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to application super-users during implementation.
Requirements
  1. 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience as a business analyst, project manager, product owner, or similar role.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  3. Previous Experience in Rollout Activities: Previous involvement in support or rollout activities is a plus.
  4. Quality Procedure Management: Previous involvement in quality procedure management will be valuable.
  5. Automotive Testing Knowledge: Knowledge in automotive testing or laboratory testing is a plus.
Education and Languages

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or similar. Fluent in Spanish and English. Catalan is a plus.
