About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our corporate cybersecurity team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to our systems and data.
  • Implement and operate cybersecurity systems related to compliance and auditing to ensure we meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor systems and networks using our SIEM platform and vulnerability management tools to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner, minimizing impact and ensuring rapid recovery.
  • Collaborate with our team to implement proactive security measures to prevent future incidents.
  • Conduct regular security audits and provide recommendations for mitigation to ensure our systems and data remain secure.
  • Contribute to the development of security processes and procedures to ensure we stay ahead of emerging threats.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong interest and motivation to learn and grow in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity, including frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001 and TISAX and regulations as GDPR.
  • Skills and strategic thinking to review risk profiles and prioritize actions.
  • Capacity to leverage on existing information to determine independent controls assessments.
Preferred Qualifications

Cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM or CEH, are highly valued. Experience in systems and network administration, security knowledge in cloud solutions, especially in Azure and AWS, and proficiency in programming languages such as Bash, Python, and Powershell are also desirable.
