Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our corporate cybersecurity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting cybersecurity risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing proactive security measures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Cybersecurity Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Cybersecurity Systems Operations: Operate and maintain cybersecurity systems related to compliance and auditing, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
- Incident Response: Investigate and respond to security incidents, minimizing impact and ensuring rapid recovery.
- Security Audits: Conduct periodic security audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Security Process Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement security processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and regulations, including NIST and ISO27001.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze risk profiles and prioritize actions to ensure effective security measures are implemented.
Preferred Qualifications
Cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are highly valued. Experience with security tools, SIEM, EDR, IDS, Proxy, and cloud solutions, especially Azure and AWS, is also desirable.
