Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EU Proactive Sourcing Team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with managers and teams to attract and retain high-quality talent, contributing to the ongoing success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide talent sourcing and recruiting support to assigned markets
  • Proactively build high-quality talent pipelines using various research channels
  • Own the candidate search strategy for assigned jobs
  • Create compelling sourcing strategies and marketing materials to improve brand perception
  • Prequalify, screen, and assess candidates to ensure qualification matches company needs
  • Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations, or educational institutions to create a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support a smooth interview and assessment process
  • Identify new sourcing channels, platforms, and technology to continually improve

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or related areas
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); any other European language is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer service focused, proactive, and collaborative team player
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
