Ecolab is in search of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) - Executive Search for Europe who will spearhead our internal executive search and recruitment efforts for high-level positions across Europe. Oversee the executive search and recruitment process across various countries. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to create effective recruitment strategies focused on headhunting. Actively build talent pools through social media and other research methods to prequalify and engage potential candidates for strategic roles. Identify target sectors, organizations, user groups, professional associations, or educational institutions to proactively source qualified candidates. Develop and implement strategies utilizing various techniques, including online databases, employee referrals, internal networks, and associate connections. Work alongside other Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and activities, fostering efficiencies and collaboration on talent opportunities. Cultivate internal and external networks to support passive sourcing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for future Talent Acquisition requirements. Analyze and summarize data and trends to report on key sourcing and recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.Qualifications Required:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition. Experience in executive search and recruitment. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers. Expertise in Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter suite. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster productive relationships. Capability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers. Proactive, innovative, and adept at problem-solving. A collaborative team player. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
