Job Purpose:

The Cybersecurity Thought Leadership and Trust team shapes and communicates Schneider Electric's cybersecurity narrative, both externally and internally.

This team ensures our posture is consistently shared across our communities and stakeholders to build trust.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Cybersecurity and Product Security Thought Leadership Program Manager articulates our security narrative, boosting external eminence through strategic talking points, publications, events, and analyst relations.

They ensure alignment with cybersecurity services and support stakeholders with public reach on cybersecurity and product security globally.

Governing outward-facing activities on cybersecurity and product security, translating these internally into materials, and validating all content from businesses and countries.

Collaborating with thought leadership team members, regional CISO teams, and stakeholders, enhancing support for growing stakeholder groups, including product security and key transversal topics.

Managing analyst relations with organizations like Gartner and Forrester, leveraging analysts to continue amplifying Schneider Electric's posture.

Overseeing the cybersecurity community through calls, publications, and a shared platform, ensuring consistency in community management across cybersecurity populations.

Continuously improving key assets, including the official webpage showcasing Schneider's posture and recognitions, and the Transparency Report to boost market confidence.

Evaluating and adapting to new channels, such as media, partnerships, and public/private collaborations, to support and drive thought leadership.

Evaluating the impact and prioritization of thought leadership activities, making decisions on which activities to support and drive.

Leadership and Soft Skills:

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, collaboration efficiency with regional and global teams, organizing meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

Demonstrating curiosity and creativity to understand the ever-changing cybersecurity landscape and present impactful ideas for thought leadership activities.

Analyzing thought leadership activities and prioritizing them based on their alignment with strategic objectives.

Able to identify risks, understand the impact and problem-solve, utilizing analytical skills to measure impact and engagement.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working on projects within an international enterprise environment.

Proven ability to create executive communications and thought leadership assets, including PowerPoint presentations, position papers, white papers, blogs, and managing social media channels.

Excellent proficiency in English, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently with global teams.

Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and risk frameworks such as NIST, the ISO27000 suite, and the IEC 62443 suite.

Our estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
