Our Actuarial Services Practice is a key part of our business, and we are looking for a Senior Manager to join our team in Madrid.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Actuarial Services Practice in Madrid. The successful candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, risk management, and consulting, and will be responsible for leading client projects, developing business opportunities, and mentoring junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client projects and develop business opportunities in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
- Develop and implement actuarial models and risk management strategies for clients.
- Mentor junior consultants and develop their skills and expertise.
- Contribute to the development of our Actuarial Services Practice and help shape our strategy and direction.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in actuarial consulting, with a strong background in risk management and actuarial science.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing teams and leading client projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement actuarial models and risk management strategies.
