Community Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate at Regus. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have an outstanding experience in our workspaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and personalized support to new and existing customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and activities that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
• Ensure that the workspace is well-maintained, clean, and organized, and that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other centre team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to customer challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic IT packages.
