About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Community Associate to join our team at IWG plc. As a Community Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute networking events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic IT packages, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
