About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate at IWG plc. As a Community Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience at our Regus centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and activities that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas of the centre are tidy and well-maintained.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of the centre.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and other IT packages.
