Salary and Benefits
We offer attractive and equitable pay for all, with compensation determined according to skills and experience. While Spain's base pay reasonably expected for this role is 52,000 EUR to 70,000 EUR, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
Job Description
As a Senior Civil and Industrial Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing basic engineering (design and cost) and detail engineering and technical specifications for projects. You will also oversee and coordinate construction processes ensuring safety, budgetary, scheduling, and quality. Reporting regularly to plant project managers on progress and problems that could significantly affect cost or schedule is also key.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have an engineering degree/master in Industrial engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and construction is also required. Proven knowledge and experience in civil works calculation, metal structures, mechanics, and fluids are essential. Experience in engineering, basic and detailed engineering, as well as in scheduling and cost estimation is also necessary. Additionally, you should have leadership skills and be proactive, a team player and customer-oriented, with high analytical skills.
About You
Holding an engineering degree/master in Industrial engineering or equivalent, you should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and construction. Your expertise should include proven knowledge and experience in civil works calculation, metal structures, mechanics, and fluids, as well as experience in engineering, basic and detailed engineering, and in scheduling and cost estimation. Fluency in verbal and written English (minimum B2 level) is also required. As an advanced user of office packages (Ms Office, Gmail and Google Apps), you should also possess leadership skills, be proactive, a team player and customer-oriented, with high analytical skills.
